Return Policy

Return Policy

 

  1. Here at Ms Soignée, we have a flexible return policy. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for ANY reason at all, you may return the item(s) (except sale merchandise) for store credit. Original shipping charges (where applicable) are non-refundable.

 

  1. Returns will ONLY be accepted for item(s) with 
    • ALL original tags intact, 
    • unworn, unwashed and unaltered, 
    • in the original Ms Soignée garment bag, 
    • in the original condition as received, and
    • no smell of perfume, deodorant or have make-up stains or marks. 

 

  1. Ms Soignée reserves the right to deny refund if the returned merchandise does not meet all of the above-mentioned conditions. In this case, your request for a refund will be declined and you may opt for the package to be sent back to you at your cost.

 

  1. For returns to be valid, merchandise has to be received at our warehouse within 28 days from the date the order was delivered to you. Please choose your preferred shipping method accordingly.

 

  1. To initiate the return process, please follow the steps below:
    • Email us at order@mssoignee.com to inform us about the item you wish to return
    • Wait for our confirmation email
    • Upon receiving the confirmation email, pack return item together with your original invoice and the return item
    • Declare item as RETURN on the custom form
    • Use a trackable shipping option to send the return item to the applicable address below:

  1. Ms Soignée is not responsible for missing return products and/or parcels in transit. The return parcel remains in your care until it reaches us so please use a courier service that has tracking capabilities.

 

  1. Regretfully, Ms Soignée does not cover the cost of return shipping at this time. 

 

  1. We recommend that you insure the return shipment as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods until we receive them at our warehouse. Any damage incurred before we receive the return merchandise shall be your responsibility. In case of dispute, we also recommend that you retain proof of postage.

 

  1. Please note that we can only accept returns for merchandise purchased from mssoignee.com

 

Credit Note

 

A credit note will be issued in the form of a coupon code within 7 working days upon the receipt of your item. The credit note issued is valid for 90 days and is strictly non-refundable nor extendable. Credit notes have to be used in one transaction, and any unused value will not be refunded.

 

Damage Or Defective Goods

 

We are committed to selling only the highest quality clothing and accessories hence we employ stringent quality checks before an item is shipped, however some faults may unfortunately, go unnoticed occasionally.  

Should the item(s) that you have received have major manufacturing defect(s), please notify us by email at hello@mssoignee.com within 3 days of receiving the order. We will gladly do an exchange for you. The item(s) need(s) to adhere to our return requirements as specified in paragraph 2 above to be eligible for the exchange.

 

Exchanges

 

Unfortunately, Ms Soignée cannot accommodate exchanges other than for manufacturing defective merchandise at this time. Please return your unwanted items and place a new order.
