HOW DO I MAKE A PURCHASE?
Shopping at Ms Soignée is easy:
Use the CATEGORIES and COLLECTION links under the SHOP tab.
Once you have found an item, choose your size and click on the 'ADD TO CART' button on the product page.
Review the items in your shopping bag by clicking the SHOPPING CART ICON at the top of the page.
Click on 'CHECKOUT' to complete your order.
We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express via PayPal and PayPal.
IS MY PERSONAL INFORMATION KEPT PRIVATE?
CAN I AMEND MY ORDER?
Regrettably, you will not be able to amend your order once you have checked out and made payment. This is to facilitate the efficient processing of all orders. Under limited circumstance, you may cancel your existing order if it has not been shipped - please email us at email@example.com with your request. You may then place a new order.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
Once your payment details have been verified and approved, we will ship your order with the service you have selected. Please refer to our Shipping page for the approximate transit times. We cannot take responsibility for delays due to customs clearance or payment transaction.
DO YOU HAVE A SIZE GUIDE?
There is a link to a general fitting guide on every product page as well as a table of measurements for all sizes of each individual product under the "Size and Fit" tab.
I'VE RECEIVED AN INCORRECT ITEM - WHAT SHOULD I DO?
We apologise if we have sent you an incorrect item. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with a snapshot of the incorrect product and we will get back to you on the next steps within 48 hours.
I'VE RECEIVED A DEFECTIVE ITEM - WHAT SHOULD I DO?
We are committed to selling only the highest quality clothing and accessories hence we employ stringent quality checks before an item is shipped, however some faults may unfortunately, occasionally go unnoticed.
Should the item(s) that you have received have major manufacturing defect(s), please notify us by email at email@example.com within 3 days of receiving the order. We will gladly do an exchange for you. The item(s) need(s) to adhere to our return requirements as specified here to be eligible for the exchange.

CAN I EXCHANGE MY ORDER?
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate exchanges other than for manufacturing defective merchandise at this time. Please return your unwanted items and place a new order.
I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY PARCEL, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have not received your parcel after 28 working days and we will assist you accordingly.

We understand that sometimes customers would like to receive their orders in time for an upcoming event/occasion - while we do not offer same day delivery currently, we will try our best to help if we can.
